“On the Hunt” For Leadership Youth Conference was dedicated to fostering communication and networking among student leaders in South Carolina.
We developed leadership skills for youth ages 11-18 by team building, communication, listening skills, idea sharing, collaboration and handcrafted presentations.

Laurens County Music Academy Mentorship
The Academy of Music provides each student with exceptional music instruction designed to boost their confidence and abilities music but all areas of their life. As a professional violinist for over 16 years, it is my goal to inspire and mentor youth to aspire for greatness and express themselves through positive outlets and musical expression.

Calvert Community Park
Providing different low-income communities in both Clinton and Laurens County and help create spaces for the youth to flourish and have positive areas to grow and commune. The stronger and more united we are, the better we grow as individuals and in society. Giving to others makes us appreciate what we have but also what we wish for others to enjoy and dwell. These projects also make our inner PC community grow and fellowship,.

Sounds of Summer Community Music Festival
The Sounds of Summer Community Music Festival on April 28th, 2023 was a event hosted to address social issues and to build community to make both PC and the Clinton community stronger. The music festival will allow students and the community to see the importance of investing and creating a better community here at PC and Clinton, South Carolina.
Several other student organizations on campus, such as the Multicultural Student Union, SAB, Student Government. Greek Life and several community entities and stakeholders collectively are dedicated to making this event a welcoming, family friendly environment for all to enjoy and celebrate. There were activities for children, family-friendly music, giveaways, food, drinks, games, and business showcase.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Handbook Project
Michelin North AmericaCollaborated in developing a comprehensive DEI handbook for Michelin North America to foster inclusivity and equity across the organization. The project involved in-depth research on industry best practices and DEI frameworks, tailoring the handbook to Michelin's unique needs for maximum impact. It covered essential topics such as unconscious bias, allyship, inclusive leadership, and strategies for cultivating a culture of belonging. Partnering with Business Resource Groups (BRGs), HR teams, and leadership, the handbook aligned with Michelin’s three strategic DEI pillars: Enrich Our Teams, Cultivate a Culture of Belonging, and Impact Our Society.
To ensure a smooth implementation, the project included guidance on integrating the handbook’s principles into organizational policies and practices. The handbook now serves as a foundational resource, empowering employees to embrace DEI principles and reinforcing Michelin's commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Conservation Voters of South Carolina (CVSC)The 2025 Advocacy Toolkit was created to empower individuals and organizations across South Carolina to engage effectively in conservation advocacy. The toolkit features comprehensive guides on conservation policies, legislative processes, and actionable steps for both grassroots and organizational advocacy. Developed in collaboration with policy experts, local leaders, and environmental advocates, it incorporates diverse perspectives to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the state. The content strategy prioritized accessible language and visual aids, ensuring the toolkit was user-friendly for advocates at all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.
To enhance its impact, the toolkit was complemented by workshops and webinars, equipping users with the knowledge and skills to apply its resources in real-world advocacy. It also included tools for tracking advocacy successes and evaluating campaign effectiveness, enabling users to refine their strategies over time. By combining education, strategy, and practical resources, the toolkit became a vital tool for mobilizing conservation efforts, fostering community capacity, and driving meaningful policy change aligned with CVSC’s mission.
